Woodward High School Marching Band to participate in National Independence Day Parade

The National Independence Day Parade is set for 10:30 AM sharp on July 4th and two Oklahoma marching groups will be in the line up of the marching bands & units featured.

The Woodward High School Marching Band & the Bixby High School Marine Corps JROTC will march down Independence Ave. in Washington DC. before a street audience of thousands of spectators.

The parade consists of invited bands, fife and drum corps, floats, military and speciality united, giant balloons, equestrian, drill teams, VIP’s, national dignitaries, and celebrity participants.
