License Grant

Any purchase or license grants only the limited usage rights specifically described in the applicable license. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Alonzo Adams / Alonzo Adams Media.

Personal Use

Personal-use downloads and print purchases are for private personal use only. Personal use purchases may be used for personal display, private sharing, and personal social media posting and not a business social media. Personal-use purchases may not be used for editorial publication, advertising, business promotion, school marketing, recruiting, fundraising, sponsor content, merchandise, resale, or third-party distribution.

Editorial Use

Editorial licensing applies only to the approved editorial use purchased. Editorial use may include newspapers, magazines, blogs, athletics recaps, feature stories, alumni/editorial publications, and similar non-promotional storytelling uses. Editorial licenses do not include advertising, campaign, sponsor, recruiting, fundraising, merchandise, or promotional use unless separately approved in writing.

Institutional Use

Institutional or school-related use may qualify as editorial use only when the image is used for recap, storytelling, archival, or publication purposes. Images used for ticket sales, recruiting, sponsorship, donor campaigns, advertising, fundraising, posters, banners, or promotional materials require a separate promotional or commercial license.

Commercial & Promotional Use

Commercial, promotional, advertising, recruiting, fundraising, sponsor, campaign, merchandising, and paid media use require written approval and a separate license from Alonzo Adams / Alonzo Adams Media.

Restrictions

Images may not be sublicensed, redistributed, resold, transferred, or provided to third parties unless expressly permitted in writing. Images may not be altered in a misleading or defamatory manner.

Availability

Not all images are available for all uses. Certain images may be restricted due to assignment terms, credential agreements, contractual limitations, subject sensitivity, venue policies, or other rights considerations.
