2026 MLK Jr. Day Parade OKC

The 2026 Oklahoma City MLK Jr. Day Parade was held in downtown Oklahoma City on Monday, January 19, 2026 with temperatures in the mid 30’s with overcast skies, but that didn’t stop parade goers and groups from attending the annual event.

The much anticipated annual event honors the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. with a holiday parade through the streets of downtown Oklahoma City. Organized by the Oklahoma City MLK Alliance, the event brings local residents, local leaders, community groups, marching bands, and visitors to the city together to celebrate Dr. King’s life and messages.
